There are several formats of internet sessions:

1. Group intelligence training. The group includes no more than 5 people. The duration is 10 days. All meetings are held online in the format of zoom sessions lasting 1 hour. After the daily sessions for 10 days, there will be 1 workout per week, access to the focus chat with the opportunity to get feedback from me.
2. Individual intelligence sessions. A more flexible format, where I can adapt exclusively to your request and build a comfortable schedule of consultations. There is also the possibility of personal offline meetings in St. Petersburg.
